*Performance and fees:
-Our goal is to provide clients with professional, accurate work; detailed reports, follow-up support and prompt responses. The turnaround time for each, Plan Review and/or Inspection reports is 7 to 10 working days.
-Projects with an estimated construction cost of less than $50,000.00 may not be registered on-line, but we encourage our clients to consult with us to assure compliance.
-For project with a construction cost of $40,000,000.00 and above the Plan review and Inspection fee will be subject to negotiation.
*Important Notes:
-The above fees, do not include the $175.00 Project Registration fee to the State.
-The Project Registration Fee must be paid by the Owner.
-The project may be registered directly by the Owner or Owner's Designated Agent. If you like to do so, visit our Resources button.
*IF PROJECT IS BEING REGISTERED THROUGH A RAS, Owner must provide:
- A completed AB Project Registration Form, Signed Proof of Submission form, Owner Agent Designation form and the Request for Inspection form.
-Project Registration Fee of $175.00
-One complete set of Construction Documents.
-A check or money order made payable to Rogelio V. Gonzalez (RAS fees)
