*Plan Review Phase:
In this phase, we to aid the Owner / Owner Agent to achieve full compliance with TAS.
*Thorough report with detailed comments on items which appear to be non-compliant with TAS.
*The results of the plan review report are delivered within 7 to 10 working days after receipt of the full submittal.
*Follow-up telephone conferences to assist the Owner or Designer in understanding the Plan Review comments or to further explain the requirements of TAS.
*Response to additional information submitted on the project that indicate corrective measures taken on non-compliant items.
